NHS England are writing to residents aged seventy and over inviting them to arrange an appointment for their COVID-19 vaccination. Healthwatch City of London requested further advice on these letters from City and Hackney Clinical Commisioining Group
City and Hackney Clinical Commissioning Group announced yesterday that they are pleased to say that across North East London over 70,000 people have now been vaccinated.

City and Hackney CCG have received confirmation that the Pfizer vaccine will be delivered this week. Vaccinations will be provided at the COVID Vaccination Centre, 3A Bocking Street, Hackney, London, E8 3RU.

City and Hackney CCG has used up it first allocation of 975 vaccines. The next batch of vaccines is expected early January. A delivery date for the vaccines has not been confirmed yet.
As the City of London is in Tier 4 you must not leave or be outside of your home or garden except where you have a ‘reasonable excuse’. These include working and volunteering; essential activity; fulfilling legal obligations; education and childcare.
