Neherun Ali - Communications and Engagement Officer
Hi, my name is Neherun Nessa Ali, I have recently taken on the role of Communications and Engagement Officer at Healthwatch City of London. I previously worked at City Advice as the Community Advocate Coordinator where I have been able to build an amazing rapport and trust relationship with the City of London residents. I am now leading engagement work to support local communities in the City of London navigating and influencing health and social care services.
In my role, I help ensure residents’ voices are heard by NHS leaders and decision‑makers and contributes local insights to Healthwatch England to keep community needs at the centre of service planning. I am keen to reconnect with partners and the City of London residents, worker and students, hoping to learn more about the activities and engagement work they are currently involved in.
I really enjoy my role as it gives me the opportunity to meet like-minded people and build meaningful connections. I feel fortunate to engage with different communities and have an insight to different cultures and traditions. Get in touch with Neherun via email neherun@healthwatchcityoflondon.org.uk
