Healthwatch City of London Bulletin 16

Join our Mental Health and Wellbeing focus group on Friday 6th November between 10:30 and 11:30.

Mental Health and Wellbeing focus group

Following on from our survey on the effects of Covid-19 on Mental Health and Wellbeing we are holding a focus group on Friday 6th November between 10:30am and 11:30am. We will be exploring the key areas that arose from the survey.

66% of you told us that Covid-19 has had a negative effect on your mental health and wellbeing, but that you didn’t access support, we’d like to understand why.

We’d also like to talk to the 81% who told us that the pandemic has had a negative effect on friend, family, children or carers you know.

We’ll be joined by colleagues from East London NHS foundation Trust who can advise on access to support services.

Healthwatch City of London do not record on-line meetings without prior consent. Due to the confidential nature of this meeting the decision has been made not to seek this and therefore the meeting will not be recorded
