Mystery Shop – Dentists in the London area

Since this survey was conducted, NHS England’s Chief Dental Officer asked all dental practices to start opening from Monday 8th June. A quick phone around of a representative sample of NHS, private and mixed practices the following day revealed no practices were open for routine appointments and treatment. They were all trying to do their best to help patients in pain and/or needing urgent or emergency care. You can read the summary report here.

Carers coffee morning

Last week we held our first coffee morning for Carers. The session was invaluable in gaining understanding of carers experiences during Covid. Today we’ll be launching our Carers Survey to give us further insight. You’ll be able to access the survey here.

This week is also Carers week. This year it is more important than ever. Since the start of the Covid-19 crisis, many unpaid carers are working extended hours without the regular support or respite they need. There are many free events taking place to mark the week, you can find our more information here.

Please take the time to let us know of your experiences. You can access all of our surveys on this page.
