Shortlisted winners of Carers UK’s first-ever carer awards

City Carers Community has been selected from hundreds of nominations for national recognition as a finalist at The Carers UK Awards 2025.

The Carers UK Awards is a celebration of remarkable individuals and organisations from across the UK who make life better for unpaid carers looking after family members, friends or neighbours who need help because of their illness, frailty, disability, mental health condition, an addiction or living with a chronic health condition.

City Carers Community has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Community Group of the Year category recognising its incredible commitment to unpaid carers and those they care for over the past 12 months.

The finalists will attend a celebratory gala ceremony in their honour on Thursday 16th October at Plaisterer’s Hall, in the City of London, where the overall winners of 10 categories will be revealed. The evening will be a special opportunity to honour all those shortlisted, as well as the final winners.
