Welcome to Healthwatch City of London’s second business plan.
Last October, Healthwatch City of London produced our first business plan which set out our ambitions for the delivery of our three-year contract with the City of London for the provision of Healthwatch services. This plan builds on the 2020/21 plan and will underpin the final plan for 2022/23.
