Healthwatch City of London is Relaunched

Healthwatch City of London has been set up as a brand new charity whose Trustees live and work here and are only too aware of the challenges there are in delivering services across the City where there are differing priorities.

What do we do

We are an independent organisation that acts for the benefit of the public.

Our work will be shaped by your priorities as well as local health and care commissioners making sure that there is a good understanding of our needs and the needs of those who work here.

Our commitment is to help local people understand and influence the significant changes happening with the integration of health and social care, the creation of Neighbourhoods, and the work of the North East London Partnership.

Many of our services are delivered by organisations outside of the City, this means it is important that we are active in influencing and shaping our care.   Working with partners is key in getting the City voice heard and it’s a challenge to a small organisation.

We need you

We need your support to help us identify priorities, give feedback on services and, if you can, contribute some of your time to attending relevant meetings and events. If you are interested in getting involved, please contact us

We know that there are many calls on your time and often the ask for health and social care is frequent, and from multiple organisations seemingly asking you to do the same thing. We are committed to making it easier to get active and make good use of your time.
