Join Healthwatch City of London and Anna Duthie from POhWER, the City's advocacy service and one of their advocates. They will be giving an overview of the services they provide. POhWER support residents with a variety of issues, where there may be difficulties with communication or understanding information.
Advocacy services they provide include:

- Care Act advocacy
- Safeguarding
