We are recruiting a Communications and Administrative Assistant
We have an exciting opportunity for a Communications and Administrative Assistant to join our small friendly team, to provide clerical support and help deliver an ambitious communications and engagement strategy.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Communications and Administrative Assistant will play a key role in delivering key administrative functions and assist with inspiring diverse audiences and communicating information (via digital channels, events, print and social media). Whether you are managing the online resources, supporting the delivery of community events, analysing web traffic, setting up meetings, or supporting the team with admin duties (taking minutes, ordering supplies, etc.) you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running and success of the organisation.
