Your spotlight on local services

Sign up for 'Enter and View' training

We are running training for volunteers keen to become Enter and View representatives at the Artizan Library on 24 October.

Our Enter and View volunteers, also known as 'authorised representatives', can lead Healthwatch visits to health and care services used by City and Hackney patients.

Enter and View is a key Healthwatch function used for capturing patient voices and making recommendations for service improvements. Enter and view representatives:

  • Visit health and social care premises to see and hear for themselves how services are provided

  • Collect service users' and patients' views at the point of service delivery

  • Collect the views of service users' and patients' family and carers

  • Observe the nature and quality of services

  • Collect evidence-based findings

  • Develop recommendations which influence commissioning

Booking essential. To book your place and to receive full venue and training joining instructions email: info@healthwatchcityoflondon.org.uk or call: 020 7923 8358
