Chance to review patient feedback on local services
Are you curious what residents say about local health and care services? Can you spare a couple of hours on Monday 10 December to help us check through and code people's feedback?
We are holding a session of our City and Hackney People's Feedback Panel in the Golden Lane community centre from 10.30am to 12.30am on Monday 10 December.
The session is open to any City resident or worker interested in contributing to the way patient feedback is processed.
We will set aside half an hour at the end of the meeting to enable people to review and comment on wider health and social care plans for City and Hackney residents next year.
The People's Feedback Panel is a Healthwatch quality assurance panel made up of staff, residents and volunteers who review feedback on local health and care services.
The panel gets together every fortnight at a venue in Hackney or the City of London to categorise and code the feedback.
This enables Healthwatch to prepare quality-assured patient experience trend reports on services for sharing with commissioners, local services and scrutiny committees.
